Home Options Referral Program - Comprehensive Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Home Options Referral Program!

This program allows you to earn commission by referring new customers to our showrooms. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating. By signing up for the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility:

• This program is open to all individuals residing in Nigeria except employees of Home Options and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).
• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID to participate.

Referral Process: 

• Sign up for the program on the Home Options website to receive a unique referral code. This code is for your exclusive use and should not be shared publicly.
• Share your referral code with friends, associates, and anyone interested in our products.
• There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.

Earning Commission:

• To earn a commission, a referred customer must visit a Home Options showroom and explicitly state they were referred by you at the time of their visit.
• The sales staff will then request and manually enter your valid referral code into the system.
• Commission will be credited to your online dashboard based on the referred customer's completed purchase.
• The commission rate for qualifying purchases is 0.5% of the total purchase value

Important Conditions: 

• Self-Referral:Using your referral code for your own purchases or purchases made on behalf of yourself or your immediate family is strictly prohibited. Any referrals where the referrer is also the purchasing customer will be disqualified, and any earned commission will be forfeited. This may also lead to the termination of your referral account.
• Minimum Withdrawal:You must accumulate a minimum commission balance of NGN 50,000 before you can withdraw your earnings. There may be associated fees for withdrawals, which will be clearly outlined in your dashboard.
• Staff Participation: Employees of Home Options and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

Referral Code Usage: 

• You are responsible for the proper use of your referral code. Sharing your code on public forums, social media platforms with a promotional intent, or through any other method deemed inappropriate by Home Options is strictly prohibited.
• Home Options reserves the right to deactivate referral codes used in violation of these terms.

Commission Payment:

• Earned commission will be automatically paid out on the last Friday of every month to your designated payment method (details to be provided in your dashboard).
• The minimum payout threshold for automatic payouts is NGN 50,000 commission. For commissions below the threshold, payouts will be processed on a quarterly basis. 

Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute regarding commission or program participation, you are encouraged to contact the Home Options Referral Program support team at +234 814 674 0087 or referral@homeoptionsng.com. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve the issue fairly.

Termination: 

• Home Options reserves the right to terminate your referral account and revoke any earned commission for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to self-referral, fraudulent activity, suspicious referral patterns, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate.
• You may also terminate your participation in the program at any time by contacting Home Options.  

Disclaimer:

• Home Options reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify active participants of any significant changes.
• Home Options is not responsible for any technical errors or malfunctions that may prevent referrals from being tracked or commission from being awarded.
• Home Options reserves the right to investigate any suspicious referral activity and take appropriate action, including account termination.

Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
